Collagen plus Vitamin C contains a blend of amino acids specifically formulated to help replenish the body's collagen stores and reduce the visible signs of ageing, support strong & healthy bones, and nourish healthy skin, hair & nails. Collagen is a fundamental compound and essential building block for all major body systems. Vitamin C is known to play an important role in collagen synthesis while also offering additional protective benefits to cells including photoprotection, and antioxidant defense against free radical damage. As an important part of soft tissues including skin, muscles, tendons, ligaments and bone tissue, collagen supplements help to maintain the body's natural collagen levels that typically slow at a rate of about 1.5% every year, after the age of 25. Composed of amino acids, collagen tablets with vitamin C are a good source of glycine, proline, alanine and hydroxyproline, which help to produce peptides that stimulate fibroblast cells aiding in the production and reorganisation of new collagen fibers to strengthen connective tissues and the extra cellular matrix.

Take 3 tablets twice daily on an empty stomach. Wait 30 minutes before eating.
