I have used a pre-work out for years. I have brought very expensive ones and very cheap ones but from now on I will only be buying ENGN Shred. I brought the cherry and limeade flavour which tasted and mixed brilliantly not bitter tasting or grainy. It gave my a focus and endurance I hadn't experienced in years and could of trained doubled than I normally do without even thinking. As I've said I will be only buying ENGN now as it can't be beat on price, effectiveness, taste and all round product confidence. A big 👍 to Evlnutrition
I recently purchased ENGN Shred Blue Raz Pre workout from MYSUPPLEMENTSHOP, the first thing I noticed was the price. This was a rather fair price for the product which I purchased in comparison to some of the other pre workouts I have purchased in the past. The first time I tired this pre workout, I remember the taste being really nice, not too sweet but at the same time was rather refreshing and left a nice blue raspberry taste in my mouth. The pre workout mixed really well with the water amount suggested too. I noticed when I took this pre-workout for the first time, I had a nice kick of energy after about 20 minutes which helped me in the gym and gave me a really good session, no complains here. I believe due to the energy ingredients used, I didn't get suddenly tired a couple hours after taking this pre-workout, and I could also sleep pretty easy at night after taking it in an evening. I noticed some of the focus and endurance benefits, I felt focused during my gym session and locked in to working out, and the pre-workout helped me get a new Personal Best Weight on my first use which surprised me a fair bit. I felt like I could always push for that one or two last reps on this pre-workout which was massive for me, and I would recommend 100%
I really feel the pump in energy, especially for me that goes for the gym at 6am. Easily feel the difference from training with and without the ENGN. Also my favourite flavour is Blue Raz

I have tried my fair share of pre workouts and this has to be by far the best tasting, energy levels are good and stay good throughout workout with no crash. Saw my through my workout comfortably. Definitely recommend
